This exciting opportunity is for a proactive Customer Service & Operations Specialist based at our Regency Park office. Reporting to the SA State Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a fleet of Owner Drivers to ensure our Clients' needs are met Ontime - Every time. Importantly, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape your role.
About Your Role:
* Oversee and manage SA's fleet operations
* Opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of customers - both new and existing
* Provide exceptional service to clients and fleet
* Coordinate daily planning and job allocation for the fleet
* Conduct onsite visits at client premises, engaging with both drivers and customers
* Lead and support dynamic projects aimed at improving service and profitability
* Generate proactive reports covering KPIs, process improvements, and provide financial and administrative support
* Implement and monitor technology including GPS and PDA systems
* Ensure compliance with QA requirements
