Then we are looking for you! We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef (m/f/d) for our Hotel Alpina in Rauris for the coming winter season,
who delights our guests with creative dishes and actively supports the kitchen team.
Remuneration is based on professional experience and will be agreed during the interview.
Continued employment in subsequent seasons is possible and even desirable.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the head chef in managing the kitchen team and day-to-day business
* Representation of the head chef
* Independent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
* Development and implementation of creative menu ideas
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
* Responsibility for orders and checking goods
* Support in the training of our junior staff
Qualifications:
* Completed training as a chef and experience in the catering or hotel industry
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative cooking
* Leadership skills and enjoy working in a team
* An independent, structured way of working and flexibility
* Resilience and calmness in stressful situations
* Good knowledge of German
