Site Leader (f/m/d) iPEK

GENERAL PURPOSE
As a member of the WII Group Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the President of WII Group, the Site Leader leads all iPEK activities and teams related to the sites of Sulzberg (Germany) and Hirschegg (Austria), aiming to deliver reliably and effectively top quality products that meet market and client demand while securing Quality, Safety & Environmental impact, as well as building a scalable, effective, sustainable organization and a profitable operation. The Site Leader will lead the implementation of the IDEX Operational model and build a culture of excellence, high-performance, and customer-centricity.
The Site Leader’s direct reports will include Quality, Operations (incl. production, purchasing, maintenance, industrial engineering), HR, Facility Management, and EHS. The Site Leader will partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and IT to achieve iPEK long & short-term strategy goals.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Strategy: Defining and communicating divisional strategies and key strategic priorities while contributing, as a member of WII SLT, to elaborating WII group and iPEK strategies aligned with IW strategy and goals.
Operational Leadership and Oversight: Leading the leadership team and implementing divisional strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives while monitoring the actions needed to meet market demand, continuously improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring effective implementation and translation of strategy into action.
Quality & Excellence: Steering the leadership team to build excellence and be accountable for delivering top quality products with zero defects on time, meeting market & clients’ needs and demand.
New Building Project: Ensuring effective leadership of the new building project while monitoring costs, investments, and delivery timelines, building a showcase for IDEX with a strong footprint in Sustainability.
Culture: Working with the leadership team and other functional leaders to build a culture of customer centricity, accountability, quality & excellence, performance-driven and cross-functional collaboration.
Organization and Talent (OTC): Building a scalable, diverse, effective organization and talent pool, securing the right talents in the right roles, growing talents and leaders from inside, with effective succession planning.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): Promoting and ensuring health & safety at all levels, taking concrete actions to create a positive environmental impact. Supporting the new building project to create a strong vision and footprint in sustainability and environmental impact.
Facility Management: Ensuring effective facility management, optimizing space utilization, cleaning, cost-effectiveness, and a good working environment.
Budgeting, Planning, and Reporting: Ensuring effective planning and monitoring of the cost budget and investments in close coordination with the leadership team, following up with regular budget reconciliation and reporting, proposing any countermeasures in case of deviations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
