YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Definition as well as cross-functional coordination and execution of sourcing category strategy incl. supplier strategies for global category PCBAs and PCBA components
2. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the PCBA supply chain
3. Ongoing optimization of the respective category including supplier base in the global environment, ensuring the TCO approach, compliance requirements, quality and securing delivery dates
4. Identify and manage risks within the PCBA supply chain incl. development of contingency plans to ensure supply continuity during disruptions
5. Pro-active and close cooperation with the respective departments and regional procurement teams to ensure consistent execution of the global category strategy (cross-functional and cross-regional)
6. Independent preparation and execution of source-to-contract processes incl. market analysis, tenders and negotiations of (global) contracts
7. Management of the global supplier portfolio incl. their sustainable development
8. Controlling and reporting of purchasing projects by means of standardized KPI
YOUR PROFILE:
9. Completed commercial/technical education (University or University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on business administration, supply management, economics & law, industrial engineering, ideally in combination with electrical engineering or a related field
10. At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a similar role specifically focused on electronics or PCBAs
11. Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are advantageous
12. Experience in working with international matrix organizations and multicultural project teams
13. Experience with operating in an SAP environment
14. Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
15. Ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and develop effective global sourcing strategies
16. Business fluent knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
