The QFS Compliance Engineer (m/w/d) is responsible for all quality & food/feed safety and ISO related tasks, which are part of the Integrated Management System. He/she will support the local Quality Assurance Manager in external audits. Furthermore the main responsibilities include:
1. Administration and updating the integrated management system (IMS).
2. Introduction of changed or new ISO standards.
3. Keeping QFS related documents up to date.
4. Monitoring production methods, product safety, product quality and risk management.
5. Updating process descriptions and operating instructions, especially for new processes, devices, etc.
6. Research, study, evaluate and implement quality assurance practices in compliance with the company's best practices.
7. Monitor the audit plan: proper and timely execution of internal and external audits.
8. Organize quality related trainings, campaigns, track implementation and provide updates on progress.
Your profile:
9. Higher professional education or graduate in food technology, chemical or health science related studies.
10. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality assurance, ISO role or similar; preferable in the food or feed sector.
11. Strong knowledge in food manufacturing and food safety standards.
12. Continuous improvement mindset.
13. Customer-oriented and team-oriented way of working.
14. Fluent German and English language skills.
