As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
Network Department
Responsible for the overall management of the Hungary region network business, new dealer development into the network, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, unqualified dealer identification and other matters. The Network Department consists of the following sections:
Network Strategy Section
* Output business partner evaluation criteria;
* Provide input from a business perspective, and assist the legal department in reviewing and exporting contract templates;
* Determine local network development strategies and business models, and guide network developers in business development;
* Set up and maintain network entry standards according to different geographical tiers;
* Evaluate business partner operations, and provide network development recommendations.
Network Development Section
* Develop and maintain business partners in the region in accordance with the company's overall strategy;
* Regular visits to dealers to maintain local network development, and identify the performance of the dealers;
* Regularly monitor and analyse the operation and financial situation, and provide feedback to the headquarters and related departments;
* Conduct business counselling to dealers according to company strategy.
Construction Operations Section
* Development of network image standards, VI standards, and acceptance standards.
* Store acceptance.
* CI, VI and boutique European local development and maintenance.
* Conduct regular dealer operation quality evaluation and make relevant recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the regional network development manager to define & implement. network plan in the assigned market in order to achieve the planned size of the BYD network.
* Monitoring performance improvement growth process at POS and identify opportunities for improvement of dealer POS.
* Assisting dealership and related contract/agreement negotiations.
* Coordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.
* Cross-functional team work.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant education, business management, engineering or legal background.
* At least 2 years related working experience in Automotive industry in the region.
* Project Management skills, expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry business dynamics.
* Working experience in auto OEM for EU and non EU network development.
* Proficient English is a must, Chinese speaking is preferred.
* Experience in multiple roles is a plus.
