Your Responsibilities:
Business Development
1. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners through proactive outreach, networking, and cold calling, while acquiring and onboarding distributors and sales partners to expand and strengthen the company’s distribution network.
2. Structure & drive all market expansion activities of the company, so that future colleagues can smoothly take over. Help bring repeatability into the BD & Sales process of the growing company.
3. Research and identify new business opportunities in sectors such as clean energy, electric vehicles, mobility, and temperature-controlled logistics.
Sales Execution
1. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a focus on promoting the adoption of innovative zero-emission solutions for various applications.
2. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships and drive long-term business success.
Relationship Management
1. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and strong client satisfaction.
2. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business, and driving customer loyalty through consistent service excellence.
Market Analysis
1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the mobility, clean energy, and transport refrigeration sectors.
2. Provide actionable insights to the management team based on market research and competitive analysis to guide strategic decision-making and growth.
Your Profile:
1. Experience in field sales or technical sales role, degree in technical discipline preferred.
2. Experience in acquiring distributor and sales partners, managing distribution/go to market channels.
3. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
4. Focused on delivering results, exceeding targets, and ensuring long-term success.
5. Strong negotiation skills, able to defend long-term business interests and negotiate at all levels.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and create actionable strategies.
7. Knowledge in CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building positive relationships with clients, distributors, and team members.
9. Team player, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and open to new ideas to drive continuous business growth.
10. Languages: English and German.
11. Location: Based in/near Vienna or willing to relocate.
