Your Responsibilities
* You will support the Quality Assurance department as well as the buyers in the food department.
You will collaborate with the Buying teams, Quality Assurance team, suppliers, and technical service providers to develop and communicate QA requirements, both locally and internationally.
* You will facilitate product compliance testing, which includes both external and internal testing, and provide technical consultancy to the broader Buying team.
* In this role, you will participate in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of quality assurance processes.
* Your responsibilities include ensuring that ALDI products comply with mandatory standards and ALDI-specific requirements.
* Working as part of the Quality Assurance team, you will take co-responsibility for recall management and organise external audits.
* Attending product sampling sessions and carrying out various research activities is also part of your tasks.
* You are responsible for maintaining and updating the database as well as independent office organisation.
* You cooperate with international partners and suppliers mainly in English.
Your Profile
* Several years of professional experience in quality management or assurance in the food processing industry, with a special focus on dairy, and profound experience in high-risk production.
* A degree in nutritional sciences, food technology, or a related field.
* Effective technical communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in performing quality assessments of food and beverage products.
* Have a strong understanding of chemical and microbiological testing in food manufacturing.
* Proficiency in MS Office and routine PC handling.
* A reliable, structured, and independent way of working, combined with solution-oriented thinking.
* A committed personality with strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
