About the role
This full-time Finance & Logistics Coordinator role at AnteoTech offers an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing technology company at their Eight Mile Plains head office. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in the finance and logistics operations, supporting the Life Science and Clean Energy sectors of the business.
What you'll be doing
1. Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, including purchasing, invoice processing, expense claims and reconciliations
2. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments
3. Manage the company's logistics, including purchasing, order fulfilment, and freight coordination
4. Provide administrative support to the finance and operations teams as needed
5. Assist with the Building and Facility maintenance
6. Answering phones, greeting and signing in visitors and contractors
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar finance, logistics, or administrative role
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills, and effective communication
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
4. Proficient in using MS Office and MYOB software
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
