Intern, Frontdesk (f/m/d)– part-time or full-time opportunity
About the role
The intern will be responsible to manage the front desk and support Commercial and Medical functions in ad hoc administrative tasks. Furthermore, the intern will act as an interface to IT, landlord, and cleaning company.
What You’ll Do
* First contact to visitors and visitor management
* Answering, screening, and transferring of incoming calls
* E-Mail management (receive, sort and distribute daily mails)
* Post management including distributing invoices internally and shipping materials (e.g. for Biogen events) externally
* Ordering of office supplies
* Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, faxing
* Copying contracts and forwarding them to the person in charge
* Executing orders for sales team and placing incoming orders for hospitals/doctors in Kwizda webshop
* Additional support activities may include:
o Ad hoc administrative support for Commercial / Medical functions
o Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Enrolled student or recent graduate, ideally but not limited to e.g. economics, business administration, science or medicine or any other relevant discipline
* A proactive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work according to tight timelines and to prioritize workload, whilst concentrating on delivery and adding value
* Excellent personal organizational, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Native-level written and spoken German and advanced written and spoken English
Minimum monthly gross salary of 2.195 € (based on full-time working scheme)
