Your role at Dynatrace
As UX Lead for Design System at Dynatrace, you'll be the driving force behind our design system, Strato, ensuring cohesive user experiences across our enterprise software solutions. You'll champion design excellence while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the strategic direction of our Design System, aligning with product roadmaps and company objectives.
2. Component Development: Create, evolve, and maintain Design System components, patterns, principles, and libraries that ensure consistency across products.
3. Documentation & Advocacy: Develop comprehensive style guides, documentation, and specifications that effectively communicate our design language.
4. Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate efforts among product managers, developers, and designers to ensure the Design System aligns with all stakeholders' professional requirements and strategic objectives.
5. Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback loops and metrics to measure Design System effectiveness and drive evolution based on user needs, technology trends, and emerging patterns.
6. Professional Team Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and support to a team of designers dedicated to our Design System, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
What will help you succeed
1. 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with a focus on Design Systems and component libraries in enterprise software.
2. Proven experience building, scaling, and governing Design Systems in complex organizations.
3. Experience establishing Design System metrics and measuring success.
4. Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams professionally.
5. Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and visual design with the ability to create low and high-fidelity prototypes.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and knowledge of version control systems.
8. Data visualization design expertise to strengthen our capabilities in this critical area.
9. Passion for creating accessible designs and experience designing for diverse user groups.
10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
11. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 80,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
