Your main roles and responsibilities
* Organise and manage all agendas in the front office desk in our office in Schärding
* Be the interface to our locations in St. Marienkirchen and Vienna, as well as to external service providers
* Process and distribute emails, as well as incoming and outgoing mails
* Welcome visitors and organise their stay
* Organise and supervise events in our office in Schärding
* Take care of facility management issues
* Be the first point of contact at the office in Schärding
You are just right for this role if
* you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
* you have ideally already gained experience in office management / reception
* you are confident in using MS Office programmes
* you enjoy working in a structured and independent manner
* flexibility is important to you and you would describe yourself as a reliable and friendly person
