Position Overview: As a Duty Manager, you will hold a pivotal role within our accomplished Management Team, reporting directly to the Venue Manager. Your responsibility will encompass the comprehensive oversight of all operational facets of The Dorset Gardens Hotel Motel. Central to your role is fostering an environment of professionalism, inspiring staff leadership, and ensuring the seamless operation of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the Management Team to strategically oversee and optimize all departments within the Hotel.
2. Champion a culture of excellence, ensuring both guests and staff experience the highest standards of service.
3. Demonstrate a sound understanding of day-to-day Hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
4. Exhibit proficiency in cash handling and reconciliation, upholding our financial integrity.
5. Embrace a flexible approach to roster availability, accommodating business demands including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
6. Hold a valid and up-to-date Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Essential).
