Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and establish contacts with potential clients and partners in the Austrian market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Handle client inquiries, negotiate agreements, and finalize sales.
* Implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and market presence.
* Monitor orders and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Regularly update the CRM system with accurate client and activity data.
* Stay informed about market trends and develop in-depth product knowledge to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications:
* Several years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in the Austrian market.
* Excellent command of the German language - min. level C1 (both spoken and written).
* Excellent knowledge of English or Slovenian for communication within the company.
* High level of initiative, organization, and goal orientation.
* Practical mindset, technical affinity, and a desire to acquire product and technical knowledge.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build excellent relationships.
* Ability to plan complex tasks and manage time effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
