Globally leading access solutions are seeking for a passionate as Global Inventory Specialist Your tasks We are seeking a dedicated Global Inventory Specialist to lead and support supply chain operations, perform inventory analysis, and manage inventory reduction strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and process optimization. What You'll Do Global Inventory Management: Control and analyze global inventory levels, ensuring compliance with SKIDATA guidelines and industry best practices. Optimize warehouse management processes across regions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Process Optimization: Lead and support process optimization and alignment efforts for inventory and supply chain operations, driving improvements and reducing inefficiencies. Inventory Analysis & Reporting: Regularly conduct warehouse and material analysis, preparing reports and controlling KPIs to monitor performance. Identify areas for improvement in inventory management and develop strategies for inventory reduction. Supply Chain Projects: Lead and support global supply chain initiatives, including the validation and implementation of new tools and technologies to improve inventory management processes. Inventory Valuation & Year-End Closing Support: Assist in year-end closing processes and inventory valuation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and regions to ensure seamless communication and alignment regarding inventory needs, challenges, and improvements. Your profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics with a focus on Logistics, Controlling, or Inventory Management). Mandatory experience with Excel, experience with ERP systems is a plus. Strong ability to build and manage information systems, reporting, and KPIs, including performing best/worst-case analysis. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and improve inventory management systems. Basic knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, particularly as they relate to inventory valuation and reporting. Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and regions. A self-driven working attitude with the ability to assert yourself and lead projects independently. Experience with conflict management, patience, and a team-oriented mindset. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,471.00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis.
