Your future Role
* Implementation of comprehensive social media marketing strategies (Meta, LinkedIn).
* Management and optimization of social media ads to increase engagement and conversions.
* Creation and planning of content for organic social media activities.
* Monitoring social media trends and adjusting strategies to improve performance.
* Development and maintenance of profiles on comparison platforms such as Capterra, G2, OMR, and Reddit.
* Supporting the management of our performance channels, with a focus on SEA ads (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
* Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators, with a focus on ROI optimization.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
* Collaborating with the content team to create engaging content for various platforms.
Your Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Performance Marketing.
* 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* You've already gained initial experience in managing social media platforms and ad campaigns (SEA, SMM).
* You're comfortable navigating comparison platforms to position our brand just right.
* Skilled in using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Express for creating and designing visual content.
* The Google landscape? You know it like the back of your hand.
* You enjoy working independently but also love collaborating with an awesome team.

For this role, we provide a minimum gross annual salary of € 44.450,- (ST1 Einstiegsstufe), if a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in this specific field can be shown, in accordance with our IT collective agreement. This applies to a full-time position of 38.5 hours per week.
Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
