As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and the successful execution of key initiatives. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and communicate effectively will be essential in keeping our leadership focused on driving the company forward.

* Highly organized with excellent time management & project coordination skills

* Act as the right hand to the CEO, handling calendar management, emails, and strategic support
* Keep things running smoothly by anticipating needs, setting priorities, and ensuring efficient workflows
* Facilitate clear and timely communication between the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders
* Own scheduling and time management, preventing conflicts and optimizing efficiency
* Organize and moderate meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documentation, and follow-ups
* Plan and coordinate business trips, providing well-structured itineraries and handling expense reports
* Manage and organize internal projects and project teams
* Support project execution by keeping initiatives on track and aligned with strategic goals
* Foster collaboration across teams, proactively sharing insights and driving continuous improvement
WHO YOU ARE
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience with OKR frameworks & strategic planning
* A background in Finance or Business Administration
