Key Responsibilities
As Chief Concierge, you will oversee the operations of the Concierge, Porter, and Valet Parking teams. You will empower your team to create memorable experiences for hotel guests by delivering genuine service. You will develop and monitor key metrics, provide training, coaching, and succession planning to achieve customer satisfaction and financial targets.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a similar position at a luxury hotel and proven experience leading Concierge teams in a luxury environment. Other key attributes we are looking for include:
* Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
* Previous detailed experience of Opera.
* Independent & ability to work under pressure.
* Highly organized and ability to delegate effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Luxury hotel experience highly desirable.
