Your job
1. You support our VP of Product Management & Marketing TRIDONIC, as well as other departments such as Purchasing and Digital Transformation, in all organizational and administrative matters, ensuring smooth operations.
2. You create strategically important reports from the Business Warehouse and Power BI, thereby significantly supporting the VP of Product Management & Marketing TRIDONIC.
3. With your strong communication skills, you will ensure clear and effective communication within departments and across all levels of the organization.
4. As a passionate organizational talent, you will coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and events on both national and international levels. In this context, you will plan and organize the related travel and take care of travel expense reports.
5. As the "central" point of contact, you will face new challenges daily, always finding smart, practical solutions for every administrative task, thereby greatly relieving both the employees and the VP of Product Management & Marketing TRIDONIC.
Your profile
6. You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess a comparable qualification, along with relevant professional experience, ideally in an international environment.
7. You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
8. You enjoy working with SAP and creating reports (ideally, you already have experience with SAP, Power BI, and BW), as well as using MS Office.
9. You impress us with your outstanding organizational talent, your discreet, reliable, and very precise way of working with attention to detail. Even in turbulent times, you always maintain an overview, a positive attitude, and your composure.
10. You are highly service-oriented and motivated to provide the best support to your colleagues, bringing a professional, courteous "never give up" and "we can do it" mindset.
11. You enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment, and due to your open, trustworthy, and straightforward personality, you quickly gain the trust of your colleagues, allowing you to build a strong network.
