Drive Persil’s growth in Central and Eastern Europe by leading strategic marketing initiatives, driving innovation, and collaborating across teams to shape the future of the brand.
What you´ll do
* Develop and implement growth strategies for Persil in Central and Eastern Europe, aligning with regional and global brand positioning and analyzing market trends.
* Lead regional marketing campaigns, collaborate with agencies, and optimize strategies based on KPIs and consumer engagement.
* Manage the powders and gels portfolio, drive innovation with R&D, and track performance using sales data and consumer insights.
* Work with local market teams, sales, R&D, supply chain, and finance to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution.
* Strengthen brand equity, ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints, and drive engagement through innovative marketing.
* Continuously track and analyze brand, campaign, and product performance to refine strategies and maximize growth.
What makes you a good fit
* Degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a similar field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing in an FMCG company with end-to-end brand communication responsibility.
* Excellent English language skills, any CEE language is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
* Advanced user of MS Office applications along with PowerBI and NielsenIQ.
* Team player with hands-on mentality and good time management.
* Independent, proactive and accurate way of working.
