Job Description
Shaping Social Strategy
In this role you'll lead the social media strategy for AlphaTauri’s initiatives, from concept to publishing on the current channels Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You'll craft a global social media strategy based on seasonal campaigns and stories developed collaboratively with the internal creative team. You will build the channel relevant stories, formats, and deliverables in close exchange with the art director for each project and brief the internal creative team thereafter. Implementing innovative social formats across various touchpoints, you'll align ideas cross-departmentally and meet business objectives, driving growth, performance, and engagement.
Engaging Global Audiences
In this role, you'll ensure that AlphaTauri connects with global audiences through social media, sparking positive conversations by community management that convert to brand equity. By utilizing a consistent, inclusive, and authentic tone, you'll build meaningful consumer relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Innovating and Executing Social Initiatives & Content
Working cross-departmentally, you will work closely with the internal creative team to ensure daily deliverables align with the brand's strategy. You will also share inspiration and trends from the fashion and sports/lifestyle industry with the team. Additionally, you'll drive social innovation, adapt content for all platforms, support the creation and oversee publishing of content for projects and events.
Collaboration with Content Creators and Brand Ambassadors
You will develop the strategy for collaborating with content creators and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and fulfill the business objectives throughout the organization. You will oversee the entire journey from scouting to contracting and publishing, ensuring alignment with the various internal departments.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience, preferably within the fashion industry, of publishing content to major brand social media channels, optimizing social content, and a passion for telling strong and authentic stories.
* Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms.
* Experience in video production/editing, editorial work, design, and photography.
* Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats, and language, with an investigative mindset that continually evaluates the changing environment.
* Experience in working with external agencies and partners such as content creators, etc.
* Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
* Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
