Your responsibilities: Contact person in all contractual topics within a project together with the Project Manager Negotiating contracts with respect to the legal aspects together with the Legal Counsel and the Project Manager Supporting the Project Manager in project-related legal topics together with the Legal Counsel Ensuring project compliance with the legal and commercial aspects of the tender and bid documentation, including supporting documents and records Consulting with the legal department on national and international laws, regulations and directives Drafting formal responses to customer communication on behalf of the Project Manager Handling of change requests and claims Identifying, defining, analyzing and evaluating potential claims together with the Project Manager and the Legal Counsel Your Profile: Experience in contract, change and claim management At least 3 years of experience in public procurement law and contract law Knowledge of tolling and fee collection legislation, initiatives and regulations preferable At least 3 years of experience in negotiation, establishment and execution of contracts in a technical environment German & English fluent Our Offer: We have a unique corporate culture, driven by family tradition since 1892.
