The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
How You Will CELLebrate
1. After sales support and customer care: You will be the contact person for our customers after the commissioning of battery storage systems. They handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
2. Documentation and reporting: You will document all service and support activities precisely and create regular reports on the status of the systems and measures taken.
3. After-sales management: Responsibility for the smooth handling of after-sales processes and contracts, including coordination with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem solving.
4. Service Quality and Customer Retention: Negotiating and overseeing service agreements with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
5. Feedback and process optimization: You will collect customer feedback and actively contribute to the further development of our products and after-sales processes.
6. Emergency management: You will be responsible for the quick and efficient resolution of emergencies and critical incidents if necessary.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
1. Successfully completed studies in or comparable training.
2. Several years of professional experience in the field of after-sales, preferably in the battery storage, energy or electrical engineering industry.
3. Sound technical knowledge in the field of battery storage systems, renewable energies and/or electrical engineering.
4. Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical systems as well as in the analysis of operating data to identify optimization potential.
5. High degree of customer orientation and the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable and solution-oriented manner.
6. Strong ability to work in a team and good, intercultural understanding.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Willingness to travel.
