* We are looking for a highly structured and execution-driven professional to establish and optimize internal support for our analyst team at (Super)Analyst.
* This role will be responsible for defining processes, ensuring quality assurance, and developing standardized workflows and templates to maximize the efficiency and impact of our analysts.
* Together with the CEO, the interface between the analyst team and product/tech team.
Key responsibilities
Operational Execution & Analyst Support:
* Serve as the primary go-to person for our analysts for execution support and improving internal analyst support functions.
Process & Quality Assurance:
* Develop and refine analyst workflows, standardizing best practices, templates, and internal documentation.
* Set up a structured approach to capture and leverage learnings from analyst work to enhance newly launched features.
* Work closely with product, tech, and leadership teams to ensure seamless integration of internal analyst work into product development and business operations.
What we are looking for
* Experience in corporate finance and investment banking (Minimum 3-5 years)
* Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to define scalable workflows.
* Hands-on problem solver with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus.
