About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Queensland State Manager to lead our operations, drive sales growth, and oversee recruitment and business development across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Queensland team to achieve sales targets
2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
3. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
4. Oversee recruitment and team expansion
5. Ensure operational efficiency and stock availability
What We’re Looking For
1. Leadership experience in the hardware, timber, or building materials industry
2. Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
3. Ability to recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team
4. Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction
5. Experience in a similar role for 2 – 4 years.
