* You cooperate with our development departments and the project management team at HQ Salzburg.
* You are the first technical contact for our customers in case of questions and problems.
* You help to diagnose and solve technical problems remotely and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
* Thanks to your support, stadiums, exhibition centers, amusement parks, and ski slopes all over the world fill up.
Your profile
* Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) or relevant professional experience in the IT sector.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable way.
* Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends.
* Team player - at national and international level.
* Good written and spoken English skills.
