All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You'll have absolute oversight over the Owned Media tool landscape that powers redbull.com and Red bull TV, as well as the application and operations of these tools at both market and international levels. As the guardian of resources, you'll ensure all product and operational requirements minimize the input of local and international teams.
In your day-to-day activities, you'll manage product briefings and check-ins, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are informed. Continuously updating affected teams on progress will be part of your responsibilities. You'll serve as the main point of contact for owned product development questions from any business stakeholders.
2. You'll manage the technical aspects of Red Bull.com and Red Bull TV, ensuring all updates and functionalities are smoothly integrated. Streamlining workflows for content creation, approval, and publishing will be a key focus, enhancing efficiency. Best practices for website management and the content lifecycle will be implemented under your guidance. Continuously evaluating and improving processes will be essential to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring smooth and efficient workflows for operations between key business teams tasked with operating owned tools and products will be part of your responsibilities.
3. Your focus will be on optimizing the user experience to ensure visitors can easily navigate and find information. Oversee the publication, editing and creation of Red Bull.com and Red Bull TV including global campaign masters and product pages.
4. you'll work closely with product and service teams to ensure the Red Bull.com and Red Bull TV supports broader business initiatives. Coordinating external resources and freelancers will be a key responsibility. Facilitating communication between teams to ensure alignment and consistency in website content and strategy is essential. You'll provide guidance and updates on tools and releases to local teams, supporting them in their publication processes. Leading and maintaining new projects will involve including all relevant stakeholders in the input phase and ensuring all needs are captured when the project is kicked off with technical teams.
5. 3+ years of experience in a related role, including experience in SEO.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product development and engineering teams.
7. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
8. Advanced problem-solving abilities, outstanding attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
9. Team-player mentality, Naturally curious and eager to learn about and understand our users' unique needs and challenges.
10. Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
