Thisclient is an exciting, family-owned business with a strong presence across Europe. They are currently looking to expand their sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ocean and air freight sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in ocean or air freight.
* Proven track record in sales, business development management, or key account management.
* Fluency in German (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
