Junior/Professional Group Regulatory Affairs Manager - Prudential Regulations (f/m/x)
The Group Supervisory Affairs & Regulatory Governance Unit is a well-established department within the Group Regulatory Affairs division, acting as a regulatory hub responsible for monitoring the EU, international, and national regulatory landscape for all regulatory developments relevant for Head Office and the Group.
Join us as a Junior/Professional Group Regulatory Affairs Manager to deep dive into regulatory initiatives related to prudential topics. Additionally, you will have a chance to maintain Internal Policies and Fit & Proper Frameworks.
Your role at RBI
* Continuously learn and improve regulatory know-how around prudential topics (e.g. Basel 3 implementation) and oversee the implementation of regulatory initiatives.
* Communicate with in-house experts regarding the latest regulatory developments and collect impact assessments, where applicable.
* Maintain the “Regulatory radar” tool (monitoring, communicating, and analyzing) of RBI Group relevant regulatory initiatives.
* Present related developments in various regulatory trainings organized by the Department and prepare presentations on regulatory topics for the Management Board.
* Support the Internal Policies Framework and ensure a proper policy approval process.
* Maintain the Internal Policies tool and all related processes.
Your core competencies
* University degree in law, economics, or comparable studies.
* Excellent knowledge of international and European regulatory frameworks and requirements related to prudential topics.
* Diligent and attentive to details in legal texts.
* Analytical skills, quick-wittedness, solution-driven, team-oriented.
* Ability to handle complex assignments under time pressure.
* Proficient in communicating with counterparts in both English and German.

* Salary: For Junior starting at EUR 47,000 gross p.a. excluding overtime (market-compliant overpayment is provided depending on experience/qualification). For Professional starting at EUR 52,000 gross p.a. excluding overtime (market-compliant overpayment is provided depending on experience/qualification).
