Your main roles and responsibilities
* Messaging & Positioning: Develop and maintain consistent messaging, personas, and positioning across marketing, product, and sales teams
* Go-to-Market Coordination: Manage global go-to-market activities
* Content Creation: Develop product- and service-related content for each stage of the funnel and customer marketing campaigns
* Sales Enablement: Assure marketing materials that empower sales teams to effectively communicate product value propositions
* End-to-end (Digital) Customer Journey: Analyze, map, and optimize (digital) customer experiences
You are just right for this role if
* you have proven experience in product marketing for digital products, services, and SaaS solutions
* you are already experienced in Persona Design & developing personalized journeys
* you possess a profound background in Customer Engagement & Community Building
* you ideally already have experience in Customer Experience, CX Tools & Processes, Customer Journey Mapping and/or Persona Design
* you have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with product management/product owners, sales and external partners
