Role Overview
This role will lead a team of 6-8 regional marketers and be an integral member of our Global Marketing Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be a strong strategic thinker, a meticulous operational manager and an inspirational leader who can cultivate an inclusive, cohesive, and high performing team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the development of marketing strategy and define needed infrastructure, tools and process to support regional plans/KPIs.
2. Reflect and role model BOA's vision, values and Leadership Model across the EMEA team and organization.
3. Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team in all aspects of strategy, brand relevance and marketing execution.
4. Set and review performance/development goals with direct reports and regularly discuss feedback throughout the year.
5. Design and develop the EMEA marketing operational plan and budget that drive B2B and B2C strategies within the region.
6. Collaborate with North American and APAC Marketing Directors to ensure regional plans support global marketing strategies.
7. Lead the socialization of EMEA marketing planning with key stakeholders.
8. Support global creative and digital teams with regional connectivity, execution and analysis.
9. Ensure consistent implementation of BOA's brand standards and messaging by Brand and Retail Partners.
10. Establish and maintain ongoing contact with endemic media to correctly communicate the BOA brand and benefits.
11. Oversee external agency relationships and contractual obligations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications related field.
2. High level proficiency in English and German, additional languages a plus.
3. Demonstrated marketing leadership experience with ability to translate complex business strategy into clear plans.
4. Proven success in building, leading and inspiring diverse, high-performing teams.
5. Strategic mindset with ability to balance operational plans and KPIs with long-term business outcomes.
6. Able to inspire confidence and quickly capture trust and respect of the business and key external partners.
7. Expertise in building integrated B2C/B2B marketing plans with established history of marketing measurement.
8. Strong financial acumen with ability to build and manage complex budgets.
9. Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work and lead within ambiguity.
10. Experience delivering engaging public presentations.
