Customer Journey Owner (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
• Define the strategy and vision for assigned customer journeys in line with customer needs and the organization's wider strategic objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate customer pain points across all touchpoints; obtain buy-in and support from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts from various fields (Customer Intelligence, Data Analytics, User Experience, Digital Solutions, Sales etc.) to understand if the journey/experience meets customer expectations and delivers the desired business outcomes.
• Report progress of initiatives and communicate outcomes to managers and C-level.
Requirements:
• Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience leading complex projects with a focus on outcomes and value delivery for both customers and the business.
• Familiarity with CX methods and tools (journey mapping, satisfaction metrics etc.) and experience working in agile teams.
• Relevant work experience (at least 5 years) within the field of Customer Experience, Process Management, Business Strategy or similar.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and harness buy-in for key priorities.
• Fluency in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly convey objectives, progress, and outcomes.
