About This Facility & EHS Role
We are seeking a Facility & EHS Specialist to join our team at CAE's Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna, Austria (Schwechat). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on-site facilities and EHS tasks as required, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and meets EHS requirements. They will also work closely with the EHS & Facilities Managers and provide support as needed.
The new 8,000-square-metre facility in Vienna will house six state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators, including the Global 7500, a Global 6000 Vision, and three additional simulators for business jets from leading manufacturers. With space for expansion and a capacity for up to nine Full Flight Simulators, this purpose-built facility will deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate facilities functions in conjunction with our TFM provider and the Facilities manager.
* Coordinate EHS functions in conjunction with the EHS manager to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards.
* Coordinate facility upgrades and projects, providing CAPEX costs for future projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Fluency in German and English.
* 2-5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong eye for detail and ability to apply themselves to various tasks with high concentration.
