Senior Public Sector Finance Specialist*

YOUR TASKS
* Responsible for conducting market research and relative value analysis across different tiers of public sector exposures.
* Use of existing relationships to source deals in primary and secondary markets.
* Execution and coordination of the due diligence tasks.
* Analysis and negotiation of legal documentation (LAs, SPAs, EMTNs etc.).
* Responsible for credit application, approval and funding process.
* Provision of ongoing support in the monitoring and review process of closed transactions.
YOUR PROFILE
* Comprehensive public sector finance know-how with focus on EU countries (at least 5 years specific work experience).
* Ability to assess legal, structural, credit and liquidity risks.
* Ability to lead projects and manage tight deadlines.
* Results-oriented track record.
* High proficiency in German and English is required; Spanish and/or French would be advantageous.

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at EUR 40.980,80 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
