Assistant to Global Head of Sales
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced assistant to support our global head of sales in driving our off-premise sales agenda.
Responsibilities:
* Administration: You will be responsible for controlling the back office, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient meeting and travel planning and execution.
* Organization & Support: You will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, organize meetings and workshops, and ensure seamless communication within the HQ teams and countries.
* Budget Management: You will manage the off-premise budget lines (travel, meeting, incentives, etc.) and support all global teams with their individual budgets (planning/tracking and invoice handling).
* Efficient Communication and Optimized Flow of Information: You will ensure efficient workflows and communicate effectively using established communication tools (MSTeams, SharePoint, etc.).
Requirements:
* Education: University degree in Business or Project Management, or equivalent field experience.
* Languages: Good command of English and German. Other languages advantageous, but not required.
* Experience: 1-3 years of working experience in a comparable position (team assistant or PA) in an international environment.
* Skills: Strong IT skills, especially MS Office, excellent organizational and written communication skills, professional demeanor, self-assured personality, high level of self-motivation, commitment, and flexibility.
