Profile
* After an initial training phase, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our netcup brand's services and products.
* You will be the primary point of contact for IT inquiries and issues from our customers.
* Your main responsibilities include providing expert customer support and product consulting without any sales-related tasks.
* You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries through phone or written communication via our ticket system.
* A 1-month full-time training phase is required, after which part-time work may be possible.
Requirements
* You have completed relevant education or possess equivalent professional experience in customer support.
* Familiarity with FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, SSH, and other basic technical concepts is essential.
* You should be able to work independently and autonomously.
* Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and high levels of commitment and teamwork are necessary.
* Interest in further professional development and improvement is highly valued.
* Excellent proficiency in German (spoken and written) and good English language skills are required, with additional foreign languages being an asset.
