Tim Davies Landscaping (TDL) is a leading commercial and residential landscape company in Western Australia that has been in the business for over 40 years. We have designed, constructed, and maintained many of Western Australia’s most iconic gardens. Based on an all-inclusive design, construct, and maintenance model, the business has been growing and evolving which has continued to strengthen our unique brand.
TDL now employs nearly 140 people on projects in Perth and the South West.

The Position:
We are looking for a highly engaging, motivated, and strategic Commercial Design & Construction Manager to join our senior management team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for leading the Commercial Design & Construction business unit. The Commercial Design & Construction Departments have been in operation for over 10 years, and this role is supported by a number of landscaping industry experts (both in construction and design) to deliver premium projects to Tier 1 builders as well as working on boutique smaller projects for select clients.
The key responsibilities include:
* Ultimate responsibility for the operations and resources of the Commercial Design & Construction business unit, from conception to completion of projects. Specific areas of ownership include:
1. Business Development
2. Organisational & Team Management/Development
3. WHS
4. Quality
5. Project Delivery
6. Management Reporting & Administration
The outcome of these responsibilities will result in excellent relationships with clients and sub-contractors to deliver projects in line with the department strategy that are on-time, in budget, delivered safely, and to the TDL quality standards.
