In this role, you will shape our Account Experience Solution and improve the product in a modern environment with state-of-the-art technology.
Account Experience establishes the next-generation account and subscription management platform to create customer value by providing simple, flexible, transparent licensing and enabling self-service. Combined with innovation through product analytics & intelligence, we accelerate Dynatrace platform, apps, and multi-module adoption. Additionally, marketplace integrations and extended service for our sales processes are offered.
Therefore, we are looking for a Software Architect focusing on automated provisioning, licensing, and mass data processing. You will build and improve the architectural fundament for your areas of responsibility.
Your Role:
* Make “Quality first” architectural decisions based on performance, scalability and reliability
* Design integrations and edge execution use-cases
* Specify technical and non-functional requirements (e.g. scalability, robustness)
* Define and monitor performance KPIs
* Transfer architectural know-how to our development teams
* Provide guidance and support to developers, team members and other stakeholders regarding technical decisions
* Take active part in development and work on technically especially complex development stories
* Conduct code reviews on advanced and sensitive changeset domains
Qualifications:
* Several years of experience in designing and implementing complex Software Architectures
* History and strong background as Senior Software Engineer, Software Architect or similar in an agile IT/Software environment
* Experience with some of the following: Cloud Marketplace integrations, Licensing and related technical Data enrichment, Complex subscription models, Mass data processing and governance, Event driven architecture, Provisioning processes, Sales Tooling integrations, DWH
* Experience with at least one of the top cloud vendors (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and K8s (especially in deployment, operators & workloads)
* Communicative & solution-oriented personality

Compensation and Rewards:

* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 75,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
