Location: Schaftenau, Austria
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team in Schaftenau. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Site Head and Site Finance Head on key financial topics, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver strategic management presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
* Conduct strategic product costing analysis to support pricing decisions and profitability assessments.
* Oversee month-end coordination activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Provide budget and financial outlook support, including forecasting and variance analysis.
* Develop and evaluate business case calculations to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business objectives.
Key Requirements:
* University degree in business, economics or similar
* Professional level of English, both written & spoken, knowledge of German would be an advantage
* Strong Finance background, ideally within manufacturing
* Demonstrated mental agility and curiosity to learn, with the ability to adapt to new challenges
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a translator between finance and business, ensuring clear and effective communication across departments

For this position the minimum salary is € 73.112,90/year (on a full-time basis).
