As IT Application & Platform Manager CX you have the coordinative IT responsibility for all CX applications and projects of our subsidiaries in the Team Sports, Media and other non-beverage areas of Red Bull (, EHC Red Bull München, Red Bull Media House). All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You will support CX application projects and their implementation or, if necessary, take on a leading role as IT project manager. You will assess the requirements with the business departments, evaluate suitable solutions, define the project plan and determine the required internal and external resources. You use project management tools to structure your projects and keep an eye on milestones, budget and quality.
After the project, you will take on operational coordination responsibility as IT platform owner and help shape the entire lifecycle of the application. You will plan and implement a suitable application strategy, develop the service further and ensure smooth operation.
2. To deliver the projects and run the services, you will manage external partners and ensure smooth collaboration between all relevant units. You will be responsible for planning and controlling the resources (external consultants, budget, etc.).
3. You foster a trustful relationship with all departments and act as liaison to other IT departments to align on requirements, integrations, and sourcing decisions. You will also support and advise central stakeholders to ensure a high level of acceptance for technical solutions.
4. At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT area - ideally in a IT application department (CX)
5. Experience in IT project and service management
6. Experience in the CRM/CX/CDP area
7. Basic knowledge of software development and architecture (especially SaaS/Cloud) as well as IT infrastructure knowledge
8. Strong analytical and conceptual skills
9. Collaborative and self-motivated personality
10. Structured way of working, strong communication skills, solution- and goal-oriented, team player
11. Travel 0-10%
