Job Description
1. Leading directors and managers of 10-15 development teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders cross-lab and focus areas.
2. Defining the organizational setup of the teams and growing them by finding the right talents with dedicated local and international recruiting.
3. Inspiring and empowering your team through mentorship and coaching, providing career guidance and driving cross-lab alignment.
4. Extending the business value and driving development-side ownership of product capabilities.
5. Planning, monitoring, and steering strategic development topics, taking part in strategic roadmap planning, and improving development processes.
6. Living, supporting, and developing Dynatrace values and culture, translating vision into the competencies of the lab, and driving innovation.
7. Supporting collaboration with universities, institutions, and user groups and strengthening Dynatrace’s popularity.
8. Driving solutions and innovation by excellence, not by hierarchy, and leading through empowerment.
Qualifications
9. Experience in building and scaling successful software departments
10. Ability to work and scale within a fast-growing and agile company and to think and plan strategically.
11. 10+ years of leadership experience with development teams in an agile software environment.
12. Experience in leading leaders and being able to coach and mentor bigger teams.
13. Organizational Change Expert: dealing with change and being able to scale a growing company.
14. Proven track record of building a culture that encourages autonomy, innovation, teamwork, and productivity.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for working with different audiences.

26. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 90.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
