About the Role:
This isn’t your typical ops role. As Operations & Growth Manager, you’ll wear multiple hats—part project manager, part growth strategist, part product wrangler. You’ll oversee user support, coordinate app development, manage partner relationships, run monetisation initiatives, and report on business performance. You’ll be a critical part of the leadership engine room, helping to drive daily operations while unlocking growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and optimise customer support processes via Freshdesk and social channels
* Coordinate app updates and product improvements with the dev team
* Own revenue streams—track, report and grow AdMob and subscription performance
* Build relationships with partners and advertising clients; drive retention and upsell
* Analyse engagement data to improve user retention and app experience
* Support brand-building through social media and review campaigns
* Streamline ops and implement scalable systems as the business grows
* Collaborate directly with the founding team and attend strategic planning sessions
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years in operations, growth, or project management roles (startup experience a plus)
* Background in customer support, analytics, or SaaS/app-based businesses
* Comfortable with tools like Freshdesk, Google Analytics, RevenueCat, Metabase, etc.
* Confident managing external partners, clients, and cross-functional teams
* Strategic thinker with hands-on hustle and strong communication skills
* A bias for action, accountability, and continuous improvement
