Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market presence.
2. Analyze and understand key trends and opportunities within the pharmaceutical and generics market.
3. Promote focus products through targeted marketing campaigns.
4. Lead and support a team of product managers, ensuring alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
7. Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
1. University degree in Marketing / Business Management / Digital or e-commerce Marketing.
2. Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical / generics industry.
3. Strong understanding of market trends, opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
4. Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
5. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and supporting a team of product managers.
6. Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
9. Ability to promote focus products through targeted and impactful marketing campaigns.
10. Fluent in German (preferably mother tongue) and English.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position, the minimum salary is EUR 77.543,90/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
