IT Business Analyst for Group Compliance Tribe (f/m/x)
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to extend our agile team within the Group Compliance tribe, supporting our international, distributed, and diverse team with anti-money laundering monitoring and financial sanctions screening platform. Your mission at RBI:
1. Translate business knowledge into IT solution architecture requirements
2. Develop and operate IT solutions in the Compliance area. You will work in a hybrid environment (cloud and on-prem)
3. Co-create concepts for new IT solutions in the compliance area
4. Deliver well-tested product increments in close collaboration with other team members
5. Configuring end-to-end vendor software
Your core competencies:
1. Relevant work experience in one of the following areas: payments, analytics solutions for financial crime detection, anti-money laundering, and transaction monitoring
2. Experience in working in a corporate DevOps environment
3. Programming/command languages: Python, Bash, optional Java
4. Know-how in infrastructure, platform OS related, SQL, and scripting
5. Language: English, German is an asset
Nice to have:
1. Familiar with financial sanctions and watch list management
2. Knowledge in the Compliance area
