Your main roles and responsibilities * Be part of our global Data & AI team and actively contribute to our AI initiatives * Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions * Build and integrate robust APIs for AI service deployment * Develop and deploy machine learning models from conceptualization to production using established software development standards * Establish and maintain Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines for AI models * Monitor, maintain and optimise model performance in production environments You are just right for this role if * You possess strong ML Engineering skills, including model development, training and optimization * You have experience with LLM frameworks (e.G. Langchain) and RAG implementations * You're interested in building and deploying AI agents and automated systems * You're interested in prompt engineering and LLM optimization * You're skilled in API development and integration * You're experienced with Ops tools and practices (Mosaic, MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines e.G.
