About the role
The Quality, WH&S & Risk Lead plays a pivotal role in coordinating, developing, and maintaining True's comprehensive Quality Framework. This includes managing corporate quality standards, workplace health and safety, risk management, and relevant policies. This role will lead the quality plan, performing internal audits and evaluating service delivery, while driving continuous improvements and enhancing operational efficiencies.
This role is responsible for coordinating True's risk management processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. By working closely with leadership and management teams, the Quality, WH&S & Risk Lead will promote high-quality, evidence-based practices and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.
The successful candidate will manage incident response and resolution, facilitate training on risk management and safety, and lead the development of policies and standard protocols to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Selection Criteria
1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality management, workplace health and safety, or risk management, including knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and compliance requirements.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
3. Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality and safety frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage internal audits, workplace safety programs, and risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
5. Strong knowledge and experience in incident management, including root cause analysis and the development of corrective actions.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies, protocols, and training programs to enhance quality, safety, and risk management practices.
7. Experience in reporting and presenting quality, safety, and risk data to senior leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement.
8. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to drive quality, risk, and safety initiatives.
9. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
10. Experience in managing budgets, external contracts, and audit processes related to quality and risk management.
