Responsibilities
* Collaborating within the Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the HR service tower to enhance the GBS organization and deliver substantial value for ALDI worldwide
* Supporting the implementation of innovative HR solutions, driving efficiency and progress across the service tower
* Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure the seamless rollout of new opportunities
* Analyzing and developing business cases, with a focus on evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives
* Overseeing vendor service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs
* Proactively managing risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted HR service delivery
* Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* A degree in HR, business administration, economics, or a related field
* 3+ years of professional experience in HR, project management, or controlling, ideally within an international consultancy context
* Proven expertise in project and risk management, including mitigation strategies
* Strong skills in vendor management, particularly monitoring service delivery and evaluating performance against SLAs and KPIs
* Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Proficiency in advanced Excel; skills in PowerPoint, Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW) are advantageous
* Fluency in English (German is a plus)
* Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
