In your role, you are responsible for
* Active management support in all organizational and administrative matters
* Interface to international customers, partners and internal departments
* First point of contact for managers through correspondence and telephone calls
* Supporting management with operational tasks
* Organization of events and conferences
* Preparation of reports, budget, strategy and board presentations
* Organization, participation, taking minutes and follow-up of meetings
* Booking and organizing business trips and accommodation
* Administration of databases and filing systems
In your personal skillset you have
* Completed economic education (HAK, HWL)
* Several years of relevant professional experience as an assistant, ideally in an industrial company
* Excellent English, other languages are an advantage
* High degree of reliability, accuracy and independence
* Strong communication and organizational skills

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € ,32 per month for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
