Captivations Teamwear is Australia’s leading supplier of high-quality teamwear, uniforms, and custom apparel. As they continue to grow, they are expanding their operations with exciting new ventures. To support this rapid growth, they are looking for a highly capable Operations Account Manager to act as the right-hand person to their CEO.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role for a behind the scenes weapon who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing key business projects and clients, streamlining operations, and supporting strategic expansion initiatives. Your ability to filter information, drive efficiency, and getting things done will be critical to the company’s success.
This is a fast-paced role which requires a motivated and independent person who is happy to take ownership of their tasks and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day operations, acting as the right-hand person to the CEO.
* Oversee and coordinate multiple projects to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
* Streamline workflows and implement process improvements across various departments.
* Manage communication and information flow to support decision-making.
* Assist with identifying growth opportunities and business expansion initiatives.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
* Liaise with key accounts to fulfill their needs.
Experience, skills and attributes:
* Proven experience in operations, project management, high level administration, systems and processes in a small-medium business sourcing and selling products into multiple verticals.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational efficiency.
* Solutions-focused, strategic mindset with a passion for getting things done with no ego and no excuses.
* Adaptability to changing client needs and business challenges.
* Strong communication skills with good sense of humour.
* Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred) and Microsoft suite of products.
* Understanding of logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, retail partnerships, and e-commerce is a plus.
* Ability to travel overseas as required (once every couple of months).
