As a Global Mobility Specialist you’ll manage end-to-end processes for international assignments, ensuring that all assignees of the ALDI SÜD HOLDING have a great experience.
You’ll provide support and guidance to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition.
You’ll coordinate the immigration processes with the external providers, ensuring timely and accurate visa applications, work permits, and compliance with local laws.
Ensuring the correct data entry in the internal mobility tool, maintaining their completeness and accuracy are part of your responsibilities.
You’ll collaborate with external vendors to provide relocation and compliance services.
You’ll monitor and control mobility-related payments and expenses, supporting the Payroll team.
Additionally, you’ll work on a wide variety of projects, both domestic and international and provide global mobility guidance.
Your Profile
The requirements for this position:
* You have completed your studies with a business orientation, administration or similar.
* You have professional experience in the field of global mobility.
* A service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are your strong points.
* You possess very good English skills.
* Structured, solution-oriented and independent describe your way of working.
* Knowledge of Austrian immigration/social security/tax law/double taxation agreements is a plus.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
